This might just be one of those unsolvable issues. OK They click on the OK button. Almost infallibly, that particular error indicates that some event caused loss of connection to the server in a previous session and the re-connection is being blocked for that reason. Sometimes, while actively using my PC, network connections would drop out then fail to let me reconnect.
The problem computer already has NIC power saving turned off from a previous issue. I think it's the computer problem. This connection has not been restored. Cheers!
