You have to use UNC paths to copy from remote sources and running as a local service. Be sure that you understand the implications and get an experienced computer operator to help if you do not feel confident about taking these steps. So it has to be naming or something blocking it.Once you get to the point where you are able to get to the device then you can add a DNS entry any ideas?
