How long has this issue been around?I have a very positive view of the EMC software, but Roxio is being very unprofessional in trying to pass the buck. Also, the DLA driver problem was not caused by Roxio/Sonic, Microsoft screwed it up by a "clerical error" in one of there updates released the same day as the Public release.
