I'm still a bit perplexed by the event and perhaps someone can shed more light on this. This worked for me on my windows 2003 SP3 server running Exchange 2007 SP2. Restart the Windows Search service by typing net start wsearch. Is there anyway to tell what in the policy is causing the issues? Click Start, and then type your new keyword or phrase in the Search box.
