Windows Xp Boot Error Code 4

I put an external CD/DVD burner on the computer and used it to burn it.. I think some problems can be from the BIOS is not setting good??? Now, does anyone have any thought about this particular Code 4 error message? I have a toshiba satellite pro 4300, and recently I decided to do a clean installed of XP professional. Check This Out
