  • Since you are posting, you obviously have access to another PC, so you could look into the UBCD4WIN option, which is tremendously useful for all sorts of things you probably can't

A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. I have had the same problem on any pc with an LG Electronics drive (cd/rw,cd,dvd rom). Consider getting a new computer with Windows 10. Also, since the utility cannot tell you which module, or possibly slot, is bad (for reasons also explained on the site) I still had some work to do.
